On this page Key Terms General Terms Privacy Governing Law The Promotion Terms and Conditions comprise the Key Terms and the General Terms set out below. By entering the Promotion, an entrant agrees to be bound by the Promotion Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between the Key Terms and the General Terms, the Key Terms prevail. In the event of any inconsistency between the Promotion Terms and Conditions and any promotional materials relating to the Promotion, the Promotion Terms and Conditions prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

Eligible States and Territories ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC, WA 4. Entry Restrictions Entrants must: (a)Be over 18 years of age; (b)Have a valid email address that can be used to communicate with the Promoter; and (c)Have an Australian bank account in the entrant's name that can receive the prize via electronic funds transfer. 5. Promotion Period Start: 9:00 AM AEST on Tuesday 22 September 2026 End: 5:00 PM AEDT on 11 December 2026 6. Website https://www.globalxetfs.com.au/gxiq/ 7. How to Enter During the Promotion Period, entrants can enter the Promotion by completing the entry form on the Website to: (a)register their entry by providing their full name and email address. Providing age and gender is optional; (b)answer all the questions on the Website in accordance with any instructions and word limits specified; and (c)accept the Promotion Terms and Conditions. As part of the entry process, entrants may, but are not required to, opt in to receive future marketing communications from the Promoter and its related bodies corporate. 8. Maximum Number of Entries Limit of one entry per person. Only the first valid entry submitted by an entrant during the Promotion Period will be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to disregard duplicate entries. 9. Judging Process All valid entries will be judged by representative(s) of the Promoter at the Promoter's premises in accordance with the Judging Criteria. The decision of the judges is final. 10. Judging Criteria Each entry will be individually judged based on creativity, originality, relevance, quality of response or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter's sole and absolute discretion). 11. Prize One cash prize of AUD$10,000 12. Total Prize Value AUD$10,000 13. Winner Notification By no later than 16 December 2026, the Winner will be announced on https://www.globalxetfs.com.au/ and contacted via the email indicated in their entry form. 14. Claiming and Delivery of Prize Within 7 calendar days of the Winner Notification, the Winner must claim the prize by either responding to the email from the Promoter or otherwise contacting the Promoter at info@globalxetfs.com.au or +61 2 8311 3488 and providing details of their Australian bank account including the account name, BSB number and account number. The account name must be the same as the Winner's full name as provided in their entry form. The Promoter is not responsible for any fees, charges or expenses the Winner may incur in connection with receiving the prize, including any fees or charges imposed by the Winner's bank. The Winner is responsible for ensuring that their nominated Australian bank account is active, in good standing, and capable of receiving the prize payment. The Promoter reserves the right to request the Winner to provide proof of age, identity and residency in order to claim the prize. The Winner must provide all requested information within 7 calendar days of the request. Once the Promoter has received all the above information, it shall initiate the transfer of the prize to the Winner's nominated bank account within 7 calendar days. If the prize is not claimed as detailed above, the Winner forfeits the prize. The Promoter may at its sole discretion award the prize to an alternative Winner selected from the remaining eligible entrants using the process set out in the Promotion Terms and Conditions and such individual shall be regarded as the Winner.

General Terms 1. ELIGIBILITY 1.1 Entrants must ordinarily reside in one of the Eligible States and Territories.
1.2 Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter (and its related bodies corporate as defined under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)), or of the agencies or companies associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter.
1.3 Entrants must only enter the Promotion in their own name. Any entrants deemed by the Promoter to have provided incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information may be deemed ineligible in the Promoter's sole discretion.
1.4 The Promoter may require entrants as well as the Winner to provide additional information (eg proof of identity, proof of age, and proof of residency) to confirm the entrant's identity and eligibility to enter the Promotion. In the event the entrant fails to produce such proof that entrant will be ineligible for the Promotion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
2. ENTRY 2.1 Entries must be submitted during the Promotion Period. The time of entry will in each case be the time the registration is received by the Promoter and not when it is sent by the entrant. The Promoter takes no responsibility for late, incomplete, lost or misdirected entries.
2.2 Costs associated with accessing any website and/or platform or service remain the entrant's responsibility.
2.3 By entering the Promotion, each entrant, if selected as the Winner, expressly agrees and consents to the Promoter publishing their name as the Winner of the Promotion in accordance with the Promotion Terms and Conditions and any applicable legal requirements.
2.4 Entries must not infringe any law or intellectual property right (including copyright) or otherwise breach the Promotion Terms and Conditions.
2.5 By entering the Promotion, entrants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, publish and communicate their entry for the purposes of administering and promoting the Promotion.
2.6 Limit of one entry per person. Only the first valid entry submitted by an entrant during the Promotion Period will be accepted into the Promotion and duplicate entries may be disregarded by the Promoter.
2.7 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who: (a) Breaches the Promotion Terms and Conditions; (b) Tampers with any part of the Promotion process; (c) Acts fraudulently, offensively, or disruptively; and/or (d) Has provided false information.
3. PRIZE & PRIZE VALUE 3.1 The details of the Prize, including its value, are outlined in the Key Terms. Prize value is based upon the recommended retail price as at the start of the Promotion Period, and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any change in prize values.
3.2 Should any part of the Prize be unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may at its discretion vary or amend the prize so as to provide reasonable alternative prizes and the Winner acknowledges that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor any of its related bodies corporate will be liable in connection with such substitution.
3.3 Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash (except where the prize is in the form of cash) or other goods or services and cannot be taken in parts.
3.4 If for any reason the Winner does not (or is not able to) claim an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited, and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
3.5 Any tax implications arising from winning a prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
4. SELECTION OF WINNERS 4.1 The Promotion is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the Winner.
4.2 Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representative(s) of the Promoter) based on the Judging Criteria. The prize will be awarded to the valid entrant which best meets the Judging Criteria, as determined by the judge(s). The decision of the judge(s) is final.
5. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS 5.1 The Winner will be announced on the website indicated in the Key Terms and also contacted via the email submitted in their entry form. 6. FORFEITURE OF PRIZE 6.1 If any of the following circumstances apply, the Winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize (but this shall not represent the sole remedy available to the Promoter) and an alternative Winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entrants using the process set out in the Promotion Terms and Conditions: (a) If the Promoter is unable to contact the Winner using the details provided in the entry. (b) If the Winner has not claimed their prize within the period as set out in the Key Terms; (c) The prize (or any correspondence relating thereto, e.g. a notification from the Promoter confirming a winning entry) is returned as non-deliverable; (d) If the Promoter requests the Winner to provide evidence of their identity, age or residency and the Winner has not provided such evidence to the Promoter's satisfaction within 7 calendar days of such request being made; and/or (e) The Promoter determines non-compliance with any of the Promotion Terms and Conditions. 7. NO LIABILITY 7.1 Subject to clause 7.2 and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its affiliates, associated agencies and companies will not be liable or responsible for any loss (including direct, indirect and consequential loss), costs (including legal costs), damage or injury to property or person that is suffered or incurred as a result of or in connection with: (a) the Promotion; (b) any late, lost or misdirected entries or failure to receive any entry in the Promotion; (c) any prizes damaged or lost in transit; (d) any problem, failure, delay, unavailability or inaccessibility with, of or to any communications network, service or transmission (including telephone, Internet or website); (e) any cancellation, modification or suspension of the Promotion; (f) any unauthorised human intervention in any part of the Promotion (including but not limited to theft, destruction, alteration or unauthorized access of or to any entries); (g) any electronic or human error which may occur in the proper administration of the Promotion; and (h) any circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control.
7.2 This clause does not operate to limit the rights or obligations of the parties imposed by the operation of the Australian Consumer Law (being Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) ("ACL") to the extent that they may not be limited or excluded, in which case the terms of the ACL shall apply.
7.3 In the event that any event or action outside the Promoter's control prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter's ability to proceed with the Promotion on the dates and in the manner described in the Promotion Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war and act of terrorism), the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Promotion and recommence it from the start at another time on the same conditions. If the Promotion is regulated by any applicable government body, the cancellation or recommencement of the Promotion will be subject to any requirements imposed by such body.
8. PRIVACY 8.1 The Promoter is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) in relation to the handling of personal information. For further details of the Promoter's privacy policy please go to https://www.globalxetfs.com.au/privacy-policy/.
8.2 The Promoter is collecting the entrant's personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting the Promotion (including but not limited to determining and notifying Winners), and for the purpose of sending you direct marketing material (if you have opted in on the entry form) in relation to products and services available through the Promoter.
8.3 The Promoter may disclose personal information to third parties, including service providers and regulatory authorities, where reasonably necessary for the administration of the Promotion or as otherwise required by law.
9. PROMOTER DISCRETION 9.1 The Promoter may determine any matter arising in connection with the Promotion that is not expressly addressed in the Promotion Terms and Conditions, acting reasonably and in accordance with the spirit of the Promotion. Any such determination is final. 10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT 10.1 The Promotion Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement of the parties relating to the entry into and conduct of the Promotion.
11. GOVERNING LAW 11.1 The Promotion Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Each party irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the courts competent to hear appeals from those courts.
